If the frequency measured on pin 31 is lower than 3 Hz or there is no signal
presence, a change of the input state on pin T changes the relay state and the
output state on pin 53S.
If the frequency measured on pin 31 is higher than 3 Hz, a change
of the input state on pin T doesnt change the output state on pin 53S.
Finally, the control unit is a memory-equipped device; when it switches on,
the output is in the state it was before the control unit was turned off.
