WORKING
When the engine is switched on, the control unit waits for the starting input
(pinT) to switch to +12V; then it checks the generator input state (pin31).
If pin31 is at 0V, the output is activated. Before deactivating the output, the
starting input should switch OFF (pinT=Open). If the starting input remains
ON (pinT=+12V) for more than 5 sec, the output is deactivated.
